As part of our ongoing commitment to safety and excellence in our flight operations, we gather info regarding personal minimums set by our pilots for daily flying under Part 135 regulations. Understanding personal minimums above those prescribed by the FAA and our company standards is crucial in maintaining the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our operations.
